The Soy Company, Singapore's premier soymilk producer, is seeking an innovative Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence and drive consumer engagement. As a vital member of our marketing team based in Senoko, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers perceive our brand across various touchpoints. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. This includes managing digital advertising, creating compelling visual content for social media and print, coordinating product launches, and collaborating with external agencies. By analyzing campaign performance and market trends, you will continuously optimize strategies to achieve business objectives. Your work will directly contribute to building brand loyalty and driving sales growth.
Key areas of focus include: brand strategy development, content creation (graphics, videos, copy), social media management, market research, event coordination, and budget management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
We are looking for someone with a strong creative flair and analytical mindset. Ideal candidates have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing analytics platforms is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of the local market is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive product sales.
- Create engaging visual and written content for digital platforms (social media, website, email) and traditional media (print, POS).
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and product innovation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful product launches.
- Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and sampling activities to engage consumers and gather feedback.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong creative skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
