Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Support the development of marketing collateral including flyers, email newsletters and blog posts.
- Help coordinate logistics for promotional events, webinars and product launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile data into easy‑to‑understand reports using Excel and Google Analytics.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for marketing assets and ensure brand consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an interest in learning about digital marketing, SEO and analytics.
