Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across key social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) tailored to the Southeast Asian audience.
- Assist in executing growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, follower engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights, Hootsuite) and prepare weekly reports.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends, growth opportunities, and audience insights.
- Collaborate with the PR and Communications team to align social media activities with broader brand campaigns and media outreach efforts.
- Manage community interactions, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing events and campaigns.
- Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for viral content, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven passion for social media with a strong understanding of current trends, algorithms, and best practices across key platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language (e.g., Malay, Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese) is a significant advantage.
- Creative flair with basic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing, social media, or PR is highly desirable.
