Bellshayce Foods is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to drive growth of our leading FMCG brands in the Philippines. This role rewards strategic thinking, leadership, and a hands-on approach to building impactful campaigns that resonate with local consumers and retailers.
As Marketing Manager, you will own brand strategy, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results. You will lead a team of marketers, coordinate with sales, product, digital, and trade marketing to ensure cohesive brand messages across channels and touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines data-driven decision making with creative storytelling, and a passion for the food industry.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing annual budgets and ROI, conducting market research and consumer insights, and optimizing campaigns for channels from traditional media to digital, social, and e-commerce. You will also lead localization efforts for Cebu and national markets to maximize share, velocity, and consumer loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for FMCG brands across local and national channels.
- Lead brand strategy, product positioning, messaging, and creative development.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecast ROI, and optimize spend for maximum impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Digital, Trade Marketing) to ensure cohesive execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform strategy and tactics.
- Plan and execute go-to-market launches, promotions, and trade programs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing/brand management experience in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making ability.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and traditional media.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in Mandaue City, Cebu or nearby locations; ability to travel as needed.
