Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
