Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and target audiences.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to create lead generation campaigns and track conversion metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
- Organize and manage events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and ensure messaging aligns with company values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making and optimization.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Philippine technology or service industry is an advantage.
