Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and execution of assigned marketing projects and seasonal campaigns.
- Help manage and enhance the organization's brand identity, ensuring all materials meet established brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and procurement, to ensure seamless campaign rollouts.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for advertising and promotional requirements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on ROI and customer feedback.
- Assist in the management of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms and email marketing.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Support local store marketing (LSM) efforts to drive foot traffic and sales at specific branch locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record in project management and successful campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of brand management and creative direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic data analysis.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit.
