Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects and services.
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and online advertising to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos, website content).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights.
- Plan and organize events such as property launches, open houses, and client appreciation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain and update the company website and listings on real estate portals with accurate, compelling content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, websites, email).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
