Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of regional marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner-enablement programs.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, digital assets, and lead tracking databases.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and in-person partner roadshows.
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and internal communications for leadership review.
- Manage logistical requirements for marketing events, including materials distribution and attendee coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administration, or a similar corporate support role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
