Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to grow brand awareness.
- Create high-quality, engaging content, including photography, short-form video, and ad copy tailored for a restaurant audience.
- Plan and coordinate onsite events, launches, and seasonal promotions to maximize customer engagement.
- Monitor social media metrics and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage paid social media advertising budgets to ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to highlight new menu items and special offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with local influencers and food bloggers to expand brand reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Strong proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar) and video editing apps (CapCut, InShot).
- Ability to work onsite and capture content in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithm updates, and community management best practices.
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing paid digital advertising campaigns and analyzing performance reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the brand professionally.
