Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage social media calendars, content creation, and community engagement strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to produce high-quality collateral and marketing materials.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communication platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management software, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
