Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand and sales objectives
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of marketing associates, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine strategies
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, print, and events
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on key performance indicators to senior management
- Coordinate with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to align promotional activities with inventory and launches
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Prepare and present monthly marketing reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns (food or FMCG industry preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM software)
- Leadership experience with a collaborative and empowering management style
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
