Responsibilities
- Present and promote a wide range of pharmaceutical products including Oral, Injectable, Antibiotic, OGB, and Askes categories to medical professionals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Doctors, Pharmacists, and Hospital procurement teams.
- Develop and execute effective territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare stakeholders.
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and clinical feedback.
- Provide technical product support to ensure safe and effective utilization by medical staff.
- Achieve consistent brand demand generation through strategic territory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a relevant medical/health-related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative or in a pharmaceutical sales role (Fresh graduates with high motivation are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade medical professionals.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Ability to travel within the assigned Tangerang territory.
