As a Membership Consultant, you will conduct facility tours, explain membership options, and build lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with our fitness team to ensure every new member feels welcomed and supported from day one. Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide prospective members through facility tours and membership options.
- Understand individual fitness goals and recommend personalized membership plans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and pipeline in CRM system.
- Collaborate with fitness trainers to coordinate onboarding and introductory sessions.
- Organize promotional events and referral campaigns to boost membership enrollment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high member retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on KYZN's services, programs, and industry trends to effectively communicate value.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or membership consulting (preferably in fitness/wellness).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
