In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued club members. You will ensure seamless administrative operations, manage member databases, and contribute to the overall excellence of our club’s member experience. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate membership records, profiles, and documentation within the club management system.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between members and the club, handling inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient transition.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate timely billing, collections, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports regarding membership status, renewals, and engagement metrics for management review.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of member events and engagement initiatives to drive retention.
  • Ensure compliance with club policies and membership guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in membership services, administrative support, or customer relations.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a professional and proactive approach to problem-solving.
