Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand planning strategies to ensure optimal stock availability for mobile accessories.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales trends, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design tactical promotion plans that boost category performance.
- Oversee accurate sales forecasting, minimizing out-of-stock scenarios while managing overstock risks.
- Monitor and analyze gross margin performance, implementing corrective actions to meet financial targets.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle planning, from initial launch to end-of-life clearance strategies.
- Maintain strong communication with regional stakeholders to align local inventory needs with corporate goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising, demand planning, or category management.
- Proven track record in managing inventory for mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced modeling) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across different departments.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
