EMAPTA is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns on a project basis. As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing ad budgets, conducting audience research, creating compelling ad creatives, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure ROI. Your analytical mindset will enable you to run A/B tests, interpret insights, and adjust tactics in real time. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Meta ad campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize reach and relevance.
  • Manage daily budget allocation, bidding strategies, and pacing to optimize cost‑per‑result.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages through A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with Facebook Ads platform updates, policy changes, and emerging trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Experience with budget management of PHP 500K+ monthly ad spend.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross‑functional teamwork.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and funnel optimization.
