As a Multi-branch Supervisor, you will be the operational backbone of our coffee shops. You will oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring that every cup served meets our gold standard and every guest experience is exceptional. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations across assigned branches to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach branch managers and frontline staff to maintain service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain flow, and waste management to optimize costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols across all outlets.
- Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and exceptional customer experience management.
- Analyze performance reports and KPIs to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with head office departments to streamline workflows and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage or coffee shop industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep understanding of F&B inventory systems, P&L management, and cost control.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to travel between branches within the designated region.
