Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in hospital settings following established clinical protocols and standards
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document observations accurately in medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring for adverse reactions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with hospital safety regulations
Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse with a valid PRC license in the Philippines
- Must have successfully passed the NCLEX examination
- Must have an existing Priority Date for expedited processing
- Minimum of 3 years of recent bedside nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Proficient in medical terminology and clinical documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Willingness to be deployed in Pasig City, Metro Manila
