Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end new product development (NPD) process for FMCG products, from concept generation to commercialization.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, consumer needs, and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including packaging development, marketing collateral, and internal training.
- Prepare comprehensive product documentation, specifications, and project reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather consumer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive data-driven insights to inform product strategy and decision-making throughout the development cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related scientific/technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market research methodologies, and consumer insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management tools).
