Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition programs tailored to the needs of the Ilocos Region
- Conduct nutritional assessments and surveys to identify community health needs
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to individuals and groups
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations on health initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition programs
- Prepare reports and documentation for program evaluation and funding purposes
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and public health
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in nutrition program implementation
- Strong knowledge of nutritional requirements for different age groups
- Experience in conducting nutritional assessments and surveys
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse community groups
- Certification in nutrition or public health is preferred
