Genesis Consolidated Concrete Products is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Admin to join our team in Mansilingan, Negros Occidental. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office and construction site, serving as a vital link between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
As an Office Admin, you will handle a diverse range of administrative tasks, from managing correspondence and documentation to coordinating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including correspondence, filing systems, and document management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management
- Support operational activities by liaising between office and construction site teams
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate records of office expenditures
- Assist in human resources functions including attendance monitoring and staff coordination
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining organized workspaces
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor reception with professionalism
- Support management with reports, presentations, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in construction or manufacturing industry is a plus but not required
