Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel plans for portfolio managers.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Support team‑building activities and internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and timely follow‑up.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
