Responsibilities

  • Manage the front-desk reception area, including greeting guests and managing inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain office inventory and manage the procurement of stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the HR and Finance departments with ad-hoc administrative support as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office administrative or receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in the Gul Circle/West Region area.
  • Able to commit to a 1-year renewable contract.
