Responsibilities
- Oversee general office administration tasks including managing phone calls, correspondence, filing, office supplies inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Provide full administrative support to the sales team: prepare quotations, process purchase orders, maintain customer databases, and track sales activities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media updates, email blasts, event coordination, and promotional materials preparation.
- Manage and update the companyβs CRM system, ensuring accurate recording of leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales and management teams.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and channel them to the appropriate department, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing metrics, and administrative KPIs for management review.
- Support ad-hoc projects and cross-departmental initiatives as needed to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1β2 years of experience in office administration and/or sales & marketing support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and social media management tools is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities under minimal supervision.
- Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
