Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and postal mail
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management and staff
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Process and track office supplies orders and maintain inventory levels
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
