Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and regional staff.
- Oversee daily facilities services to ensure a safe and professional office environment.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy document retrieval.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to schedule necessary office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and process procurement requests as needed.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and calls, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal correspondence.
- Support cross-functional teams in store operations to ensure alignment with regional policies.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
