Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including supplies inventory, filing systems, and general administrative procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, couriers) and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Provide front-desk support, greet visitors, and ensure a professional office environment.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports with high attention to detail.
  • Support the HR and Finance departments with data entry, record keeping, and document archiving.

Qualifications
