Responsibilities
- Manage daily office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable and secure.
- Prepare and process essential reports, invoices, and expense documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain and office operations.
- Assist the management team in scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and tracking operational tasks.
- Monitor office supply inventory and initiate procurement requests to avoid stock shortages.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tagaytay City.
