Responsibilities

  • Process and verify card applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update cardholder records and databases with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., credit, sales, and customer service) to resolve discrepancies or inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and generate reports on card issuance, activation, and transaction status.
  • Assist in the daily reconciliation of card-related transactions and inventory.

Qualifications
