Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office record-keeping.

  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of metal products.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of the English and Filipino languages, both written and verbal.
