Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer front-desk inquiries professionally
- Manage daily clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and archiving documents
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and customer inquiries via email and phone
- Data entry and record keeping using MS Office or equivalent software
- Assist in procurement, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping support
- Support inventory control and supplier communication
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of office administration or similar experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
