Key responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, preparing documentation for audits, coordinating staff training on compliance matters, and analysing operational data to identify efficiency gains. Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) regulations and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and update operational policies, procedures, and documentation for centre licensing and audits.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, responding to findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
- Liaise with government agencies, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth regulatory approvals.
- Conduct staff training on regulatory updates and best practices in operational management.
- Analyse data and prepare reports for senior leadership to support strategic decisionâmaking.
- Manage dayâtoâday operational support functions to ensure seamless centre activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, operations, or administrative roles, preferably in the education or early childhood sector.
- Familiarity with Singaporeâs early childhood regulatory framework (ECDA, MOM, etc.) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and translate them into operational guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new IT systems.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
