Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) regulations and other relevant statutory requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update operational policies, procedures, and documentation for centre licensing and audits.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, responding to findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
  • Liaise with government agencies, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth regulatory approvals.
  • Conduct staff training on regulatory updates and best practices in operational management.
  • Analyse data and prepare reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operational support functions to ensure seamless centre activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, operations, or administrative roles, preferably in the education or early childhood sector.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s early childhood regulatory framework (ECDA, MOM, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and translate them into operational guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new IT systems.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
