You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment excellence. Your responsibilities will span from order processing and documentation to inventory coordination and customer service management. Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently within designated timelines
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution
- Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, invoice issues, and delivery discrepancies
- Maintain accurate order documentation and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Generate and analyze order management reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Support inventory coordination and communicate stock availability to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external partners
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain roles
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
