In this role, you will lead multi-channel e-commerce initiatives, optimize product listings, manage marketplace partnerships, analyze performance, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. You will own the end-to-end e-commerce funnel from product onboarding to order fulfillment, ensuring revenue growth and profitability while maintaining brand integrity.

- Develop and execute omnichannel e-commerce strategy across marketplaces, social commerce, and D2C channels to drive revenue and brand growth.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain partnerships with marketplace platforms, payment providers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor performance metrics (sales, ROAS, CPC, conversion rate) and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement campaigns, content optimization, and SEO for product pages.
- Coordinate with Product and Ops teams to ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and returns management.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, budgets, and vendor relationships; mentor junior staff.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 3+ years in e-commerce, omnichannel, or marketplace management; experience in Bali or Indonesia market preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Google Analytics, Excel, SQL basics).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing e-commerce performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
