Job Description
Cadre Crew is looking for an Onsite High-Level Executive Assistant to provide topâtier administrative support to our USâbased leadership team. This role is based in our modern Cebu City office and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior executives across multiple time zones.
As the primary point of contact, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and ensure seamless communication between our Philippine operations and US stakeholders. Your organizational expertise will drive efficient scheduling, meeting preparation, and followâup, allowing executives to focus on strategic priorities.
Confidentiality and discretion are paramount in this position. You will handle sensitive documents, confidential correspondence, and highâstakes projects, acting as a trusted partner in the execution of business initiatives. Additionally, you will support project coordination, prepare detailed reports, and assist with special events and presentations as needed.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
- Organize and book international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and communications professionally.
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Facilitate crossâfunctional project coordination, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and business strategies.
- Support event planning, including executive meetings, conferences, and client visits.
- Perform adâhoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3â5 years of experience supporting Câlevel executives, preferably in a USâsupported role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational, timeâmanagement, and problemâsolving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
