Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily multi-branch operations to ensure seamless clinic functionality and service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Manage and mentor clinical and non-clinical staff to foster a culture of high performance, professionalism, and patient-centric care.
- Implement and monitor operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and increase overall clinic efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain coordination, and facility maintenance to maintain high clinic standards.
- Develop patient engagement and retention strategies to build long-term brand loyalty.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports on financial performance, operational metrics, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, or premium healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-site teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Indonesian and professional English.
- Solid understanding of customer service excellence and patient experience management.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
