- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and inspect equipment to ensure everything is in optimal working condition.
- Manage inventory levels for equipment, supplies, and merchandise.
- Prepare daily operational reports and logs for management review.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement new policies and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or operations role within the sports, recreation, or hospitality industry.
