Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule moving crews and resources to ensure timely and efficient job execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, confirming move details and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Monitor ongoing operations to identify and resolve issues, minimizing delays and disruptions
- Optimize daily routes and assignments in collaboration with team leads to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate records of moves, inventory, and equipment usage
- Conduct post-move follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Enforce safety protocols and company standards across all operations
- Assist in training new coordinators and supporting team development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling software
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours during peak periods
