Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely execution of tasks across departments.
- Support process design and implementation, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Monitor workflow performance metrics and provide regular status updates to management.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and allocation of workloads.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and recommending solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and timeâmanagement skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Malay is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
