Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business workflows.
- Support the engineering and technical teams with project documentation and status tracking.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of operational supplies.
- Liaise with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate data entry and assist in preparing weekly operational reports.
- Identify bottlenecks in current processes and suggest actionable improvements.
- Organize and archive technical files and administrative records for easy retrieval.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
