Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily building operations to ensure seamless facility performance and high standards of cleanliness.
- Monitor safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify operational hazards.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage operational documentation, including incident reports, checklists, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Oversee crowd management strategies and emergency response protocols during peak periods and events.
- Supervise outsourced service providers to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the implementation of sustainability initiatives and building efficiency programs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, shopping centre management, or building administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Working knowledge of local occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
