Responsibilities

  • Manage the Division Head's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive review.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, action item tracking, and follow-ups.
