Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, from initial entry to final delivery verification.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with logistics, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure inventory availability and timely dispatch.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy within our ERP/CRM systems to facilitate smooth financial and inventory reporting.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, shipment delays, or customer inquiries with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Monitor daily order backlogs and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure operational bottlenecks are addressed.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline order workflows and reduce turnaround times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or administrative operations.
