In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our digital growth, responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of our paid social and search engine marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience while constantly testing new strategies to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage high-performance paid social (Meta, TikTok) and search (Google Ads) campaigns.
- Conduct daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns to ensure budget efficiency and target KPIs are met.
- Perform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and weekly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Manage and scale media budgets across multiple channels based on performance and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads proficiency is mandatory).
- Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spends with a focus on scaling and ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience using data visualization tools.
- Excellent understanding of the full sales funnel, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a test-and-learn mindset toward campaign management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
