Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
- Coordinate office schedules, book meeting rooms, and manage calendars for senior management.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional demeanor.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports, presentations, and internal memos.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory while managing relationships with vendors.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including documentation and onboarding assistance.

Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent educational background.
