Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative operations including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide front-desk support and handle incoming inquiries via email and telephone with professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
- Maintain and organize office inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Support the HR and finance teams with basic processing tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
