In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our digital presence, capturing the high-energy environment of our club and translating it into engaging content that drives growth.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice, supporting paid social campaigns, and fostering an online community that encourages people to start their fitness journey with us. Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and schedule daily engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Capture photos and short-form videos of club activities, member milestones, and trainer workouts.
- Support the execution and monitoring of paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries and interacting with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the gym management team to develop promotional calendars for classes and events.
- Assist in tracking marketing KPIs and reporting on growth, lead generation, and membership conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest local fitness and digital marketing trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
- Proficient in mobile content editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express).
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to capture high-energy, authentic brand content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with members at the club.
- Knowledge of basic Facebook Ads Manager or social media analytics is a strong plus.
- Passionate about boxing, fitness, and the Spartans Boxing Club community culture.
