Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjust bids, budgets, and creatives based on data
- Generate and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies
- A/B test landing pages, ad formats, and targeting parameters to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on platform policy changes, new features, and best practices
Qualifications
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion tracking)
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for ad landing page adjustments is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
