  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Support mobility and transfers, including assistance with walking or using assistive devices.
  • Accompany patients to medical appointments and assist with medication reminders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in homes and care centers.
  • Document care notes accurately after each session.

Qualifications

  • Current students from ITE, Polytechnic, or University are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare-related studies is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Good communication skills in English and/or local languages/dialects.
